Great company! We had to (thanks to home insurance pressure) replace three sides of our old Masonite siding with Hardie board color plus, vapor barrier installation, a kitchen window, and metal-wrapping a few windows. Owner and office staff were friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. The crews on-site did an excellent job. Took about a total of 7 days. Very happy with the end result! Lane's was also the only company we found that offers a payment plan which took some pressure off when we added the third side. Will use them again.

I recently hired Lane’s Contracting for a roof replacement and new gutter installation, and I’m very pleased with the entire experience. Their pricing was competitive, and they took the time to explain the process before the work began so I knew exactly what to expect.
Throughout the project, they kept me informed with regular updates and frequently checked in to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any questions or concerns. That level of communication made the entire process much less stressful and showed that they genuinely cared about customer satisfaction.
The crew showed up when they said they would, completed the work as scheduled, and did an excellent job cleaning up the property afterward. Wonderful company! I live in a house built in 1901. The people who flipped the house went cheap and easy, resulting in leaking windows. From start to finish everything went smoothly. Toni, in the office kept me updated with everything in a timely manner. Terry and the roofing crew did a phenomenal job! I plan to use them again for future projects.

The team arrived on time and started working right away. They honestly worked like a well oiled machine!! They were friendly and answered any questions that I asked. They covered anything around the house that may get damaged, moving thing that needed to be moved. In the end they returned everything back to the way it was before they had arrived. Every piece of the old roofing was removed from the ground. They even used magnetic tools to pic up any nails that may have fallen!! I was very pleased and surprised by the whole process!!! And by the way...the price was perfect. We are even getting new gutters from them.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
