I had the roof replaced on my home in 2022, for the 2021 hail damage reported and approved by the Insurance Company. The overall experience with the job estimator, staff, inspector, and crew was wonderful. High quality materials were used including a CertainTeed XT25 roof system, synthetic water barrier on entire roof deck, and ice & water barrier in the valleys, flashing, and other penetrations. The weathered wood shingle color is very attractive. The removal work, delivery, and installation was closely coordinated. The professional crew worked hard in the heat to compete in one day. I was so thankful for the Excellent Service. 💚 5-Star recommendation for this established Company.

We had our shingles replaced last week by Lane's contracting and roofing. The installation crew was excellent, as well as the whole process from beginning to end. The work was completed as promised without a single glitch. Lane's is a GAF Master Elite Contractor which allowed us to obtain the best warranty GAF offers. Lane's Contracting & Roofing, Inc. has been an absolute pleasure to work with! They went above and beyond to take care of our roof, not once, but twice. The first time he replaced the roof was back in the fall of 2018. Then when we were hit by that horrible hail storm this past fall, we had him come out again. What was great about this company was that we didn't have to worry about anything. Our insurance tried to cover less than what they should have, but our contractor was able to renegotiate and get us better coverage. The hail completely destroyed our new roof, fence, AC unit, light fixtures, etc. Lane's fixed everything for us with no hassle on our end. If we have another hail storm, we will be calling them again! We highly recommend this roofing company!

After getting quotes from 4-5 roofing companies for our roof replacement we chose Lane's Contracting and are 100% happy. While others quoted almost twice the price and a 3-4 month wait to start. They started after a few weeks and finished it all from start to finish in a couple of days from tear down to installing a new GAF certified roof and clean up. Awesome communication between the roofing contractors and us as well as quality of work. I wish we had used them for our last roof as well! These roofers are amazing from start to finish, I wouldn’t go with anybody else.
